Bardito International guarantees that both the translations provided to our clients, and all source documents received from our clients are kept strictly confidential, in addition to all documents being stored in a secure environment. We will not release any information about our clients to third parties, without the client’s permission. Bardito International will sign a non-disclosure agreement, upon request, in order to ensure the confidentiality of the document(s) to be translated and/or localized.

Bardito International does not assume any responsibility for the content of the translated documents. The ideas, opinions, and all other content are the exclusive and sole responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily reflect in any way the methods of conduct and/or the philosophies of Bardito International. Bardito International reserves the right to refuse translation of documents considered inappropriate, including but not limited to subjects which promote hatred, violence or immorality.

Terms of delivery

Bardito International strives to deliver all files within the deadline agreed upon by the client. Nonetheless, Bardito International does not assume any responsibility in case of service delivery beyond the established terms, whenever this is caused by server functionality problems or by the internet provider of the client. If adequately informed, Bardito International may agree to adopt any means necessary, in order to deliver the translations in any state within the required timeframe, utilizing alternative methods, including fax, post, dial-up and FTP.

Responsibilities of the client

The client assumes the responsibility of furnishing clear and legible documents, in terms of both format and content.

The client assumes the responsibility of immediately informing Bardito International of any modifications made to the content during the course of the translation process, which may, in any way shape or form, influence the format or the content of the final product and/or document to be delivered.

Any modifications made to the content of the document to be translated corresponds to an alteration of the previous price and details quoted to the client, which is subject to agreement between the two parties.

Bardito International warrants the accuracy of all translations. Bardito International will correct mistakes or errors that are clearly and unequivocally committed by Bardito International at no charge to the client. Nonetheless, if corrections are based on the client’s preference of style and/or terminology or in the event that there is more than one way to interpret the meaning of a source text, Bardito International shall not have an obligation to correct mistakes or errors at no charge to the client, unless preferences of style and/or terminologies have been communicated to Bardito International prior to the start of the translation and/or localization.
