Nevada LLC recently came under scrutiny from the California attorney general's office due to the fact that many Californian's have been creating a Nevada limited liability corporation these days to take advantage of the no income tax haven benefits in the business friendly state of Nevada.

Nevada LLC is simply a business corporation which can be either single or multiple member owned and must have a registered agent living in Nevada.

Nevada LLC law however allows a kind of a loophole offered by Nevada LLC companies offering to set up a Nevada LLC and act as a registered agent living in Nevada for a small fee, usually less than $100 per year.

A Nevada LLC will need to register in your local state as what is known as a foreign corporation. A Nevada LLC will need to pay local state income tax in the state where business is conducted.
